vapin on a vision duex (used every day in my main rotation) that i got before the ones with the led came out (LONG TIME AGO LOL) and its still going strong right now never cleaned it or anything running about 4.3 ~ 4.4 volts with dark grape, vanilla, and GV pitch dew and maybe some cherry (not at same time lol). in fact its still working so well that i have not had an excuse to use the one i got with the led or the couple i got since then (always try keep an extra or 2 just in case)
i am very impressed with these.

I haven't had one die yet. I have a 1.5 that I've cleaned out and dry burned twice, and it's going strong. I have a 2.5 that I've refilled about 4 times, and haven't cleaned it yet. I probably will when I empty it this time. Like the Fluxos, I imagine it has to do with the juice you're vaping.

4 times? I fill mine 4 times a day :)

Mine lasted 48 hours. After 1st fill I had to empty the juice back out and play around with it because all I was getting was burnt taste after 2-3 drags. Well when I put the inner plug back in, i guess i pushed to hard and the center piece came out of the bottom where the threads are, Couldnt get it back in so i just tossed it. Oh well, i like trying new things and was hoping the vision would work as good as the new ce2's because I could really use a bigger "tank". the 1.5ml ce2's i have to refill 3-4 times a day!

I had one medium (2.5 I think) go out within a couple of days, one I have been vaping lasso in for a week to ten days straight filling at least twice per day and it is still going well. I had a3.5 I was vaping coffee in that only lasted three days before the coils were so gunked up I could no longer use it, and I am nervy about cleaning it because I can't figure out how to get the tube off. They seem to be pretty good overall, but I am not inclined to use darker juices on it till I figure out the best way to clean out the coils. I am the queen champion I think of scorching wicks during dry burns, so I often replace wicks.

I have a pair of the Vision 2 Giants, which is the same carto as the newer Extreme other than the new plastic type in the outer sleeve.

The older one has been going for about a month now. I've run a good 30ml of a really clean mentol liquid through it. It still works like brand new!

The second one went a good 4 weeks. I was toking away on a 4.5 Ohm 801 atty, swapped over to the Vision, and forgot to turn the voltage down on my PV! Umm...7 volts in a Vision is not good...popped it :( So that death was ALL MY FAULT.

I won't hesitate to buy more of these. Way less than a buck a day to operate, including the liquid (I use on average about 4ml a day).

I like to run them at about 4 volts. Mine meter in at around 3 Ohms.

I only started cleaning them recently, and, to my own great surprise, having cleaned about ten so far, haven't had one problem - they all work great afterwards.

I am a klutz and a bad luck queen, mind ye. :) I'm lazy, too, and didn't want to clean, but it works really well for me, because I like dark juices that gunk up the coils in two or three refills. I decided I kinda have to clean, 'cause I can't afford not to. :D

How do you get the tubes off, or do you pull the tubes off? I haven't been able to so far. Even on the one I handled very aggressively because it went dead. Because I would really prefer to use my coffee in a Vision, but like you said, after only a couple of fills it is completely gunked.

Pull the plug out first.
With it on a nice big solid battery, Pull the sleeve and rock gently.

Don't pull the tubes off on the Visions. I think they are glued. Dig out the cup plug. Then you can either soak the whole thing, or, if it's not too crudded, rinse in warm water. Blow it out. You can also stick a bit of paper towel inside to soak up the water. Then dry burn with the tube on. I do it on low voltage (3.5). If the wicks are dirty, you can fish them out with, say, a paper clip, and rinse and dry with a paper towel.
Voila. All done.

Being, like I said, lazy, I don't even wait for them to dry all the way. If the wicks are still water-logged, the first few ("toots"? "tokes"?) are going to be pretty much watery, but once the water is gone, it's fine. Or, wait until it dries.

Edit: Almost forgot. Put the plug back in, of course, before using. :)

Please explain this dry burning to me.

Thanks.

Dry burning is the act of firing your battery with the vision our other system on while there is no juice in it and when the wicks are dry. The reason for doing this is to clean the coils of any accumulated chartered remains of juice. Think of it a little like a self cleaning oven. To do this you use short bursts of power until the coil turns red. Then I usually rerinse and dry before using.

Hey briar, so I accidentally figured out how to get the tube off, lol. I had been cleaning mine by running in a sonic cleaner, then drying them by setting them on a lasko baseboard heater. Well the oldest one I have been using has been cleaned like that multiple times, so I guess it loosened the tube because I had my pv sitting on the bed and when I leaned over I set my elbow on it right where it connects. To my surprise the tube came halfway off at kind of an angle. Fortunately I just shoved the tube back on, no spills, no leaks, no harm, no foul. :)

I just had my first die on me want almost 2 week ago but that vision was from the first ever run and I had it a full week ahead of the site for testing :D And the vision just keeps getting better as us the customer tell GV what we want. And they have the factor change it. As it stands now I don't think there is a single thing wrong with these. He ll getting the non cracking tubes was the best thing ever. I'd tell anyone sitting on the fence on these now is the time to get it on.. life of a vision, who cares it's much longer then a pack of carto that's for sure, less hassle and one sweet vape...
