How long to charge an 18650?

I just bought my first mod, the Altsmoke omega. Its beautiful, but as its my first the batteries are brand new as well. So for these protected 2400mah 18650's what charge time am I looking at before I can use them?

It took mine maybe 3 -4 hours to charge

I think mine are closer to 5 hours and the charge time may depend on how many milliamps it charges at.

Don't they come partially charged to, sometimes ?

It depends on the output volts/mahs of the charger. What does the sticker say? Hopefully it is more than 3.7v/350mah. That's the one that will take about 4.5-5 hours using a wall socket. No big deal to charge overnight, provided it also has a cut off to not over charge.
