How long will E-liquid last?

I have a cappuccino flavour I bought years ago, atleast 2 years possibly 3. I never liked it and it just sat. It was probably on a window sill for 3 months burping then in a cupboard for the rest of the time.

For some weird reason I am dripping it with my morning coffee mixed with vanilla and a bit of VG and it tastes great! Nic level seems about right which I expected to be weaker or stronger.

These products don't degrade nearly as quick as people may assume. In a climate controlled environment they will last year's without noticeable degradation.

You'll be fine. It might not taste the same as it was a year ago but it most likely won't hurt you.

should be ok PG is a preservative, taste will be a another matter

Some could evaporate so its possible. Try dilute it with a bit of vg or pg

If you left it in a hot car maybe. This time frame is a normal batch for me and i even leave the lid off of some with only minor change
