I drain my Kanger Ego T2 CC clearos completely until i get a dry burn.
When i change juices i clean them by just running the wick and tank under warm tap water. Dry them with tissue paper, dry burn the wick, fill it up and it's clear to go again. Very easy and no hassle.

First time i wanted to clean the wick i took it out of the tube, but that was a bad idea. I couldn't get the coil to reconnect with the frame again, so i had to throw it away. Then again the wicks only cost about Euro1.95. It was a cheap lesson learned.

I've only been using clearos for a few weeks but I tend to let them go pretty low. I refill when it gets to about the .6 line. After I do that 4 or 5 times, I will dump the last little bit of juice, rinse it out if I've been getting a weird taste, and refill again. Seems to work well.
Same way with me.

Mine are the V3s so I can take it a step or two further.

I remove the stem from the tube and send warm water through the battery end using a syringe with a short piece of 3/8" silicone tubing on the end instead of a needle. I block off the top (where the tip is) so the water will be forced out where the wick comes out. This does a pretty good job of getting most of the crud off and away from the coil and wick.

I use strictly Menthol which is almost clear so there's not much crud buildup.

I have the Stardust Clero and I usually can run 3 to 5 tanks of the same liquid with out needing to break it down and clean it. However If I want to change flavors I have to clean it and then clean the atomizer coil. Otherwise you cannot get a clean puff on the first few hits with the new flavor. I can usually get 3 to 4 clean ups per atomizer head.

Using vivi novas……

It depends on whether I want more of that juice or want to change. If I want more, I top off whenever I remember. If I don't, I vape it pretty dry and then change.

I clean them with a tap water rinse + dry burning. One died in 2 weeks. The other head is on day 45 or so and still vaping like new.

I use the vision version 2 clearo. I have to clean them every day (had to do that with every clearo I've tried) When the fluid starts getting low it starts tasting burnt/funny. I usually fill 'em up (1.6ml) If I vape that much before the end of the day I'll refill it. If not I dump out whatever's left and drop the pieces in a bowl of vodka. If the atty was starting to feel clogged I'll leave it in overnight, if not I'll let it soak for 30min or so and then set them on the table to dry.

You get to the end of a Tank, or Clearo, and even if you top it off even more so... the flavor is going to be diluted. All that moisture from the vapor seeps into the Liquid when you are using it. So you just get this amount of Liquid with extra water mixed in. Filling up big tanks and working through them can lead to some pretty 'wet' Liquids.
