Just remember in the beginning even though you are getting your nic you will still be going through withdrawl of the thousands of other chemicals thats in cigs. You will feel a little bad at first but it goes away. You may think you need to up your nic but you shouldn't. I am at 3 mg nic and have no cravings anymore.
