Those cartos only hold around 1ml. The cartos I've been using lately hold around 1.8 ml and I can finish around 5 a day at 5 or 6 volts. At 3.7, it's around 3 a day. 3.7 volt days, I also tend to use more than one PV so I might go through around 1 more ml through other devices.

On days I'm using a MAP tank at 3.7v, I only go through around 4 ml total. On days I'm using my ego-t, it's close to 5.5 ml.

Any day I have a new flavor or a new PV, all bets are off. It could end up being a 10 + ml day.

I use the V4L prefilled cartos too, and noticed that I can easily go through 2 a day if I'm home and vapin' like a madwoman. I've tried refilling them but find they last an even shorter amount of time (even if I fill them til juice drips out the bottom).

I've seen many posts where people say they vape far more than they ever smoked. That's been true for me, for sure. Especially since I discovered V4L Peppermint. Yum . . .

I am a new vaper, I buy pre filled v4l wow Nuport cartomizers. I was a lite smoker before vaping, but still I cannot get through a light day with only one cart. I cannot tolerate that first tiny hint of burnt taste. How bout you?

How many ML is what to ask. And that depends on the setup. For a 3-piece 510, 1-2 ml. For a 510 carto, 2-3 ml. If I vaped an eGo-T all day, it would probably be 2.5-3.5ml. And it seems to me that juice usage in a tank system depends one hell of a lot on the juice being vaped.

There are premiums to pay for more "flavor". More money and more irritation of the stomach.

The biggest thing I have found to reduce usage is to go to 36 mg. Not likely to chain vape at this level. I figure I'm not getting much more nicotine in a day than at 24 mg. All juices are available at 36 mg at the double N.

Wdave- I have been using 18/20 mg, but felt a bit edgy as i tend to chain bape while on a computer. I am now trying 10mg, to reduce the nic intake. I never thought about going up in mg to reduce my daily nic intake. That works for you?

I had a cigarette about every 45 mins on average. The higher nicotine makes that possible with ecigs.

Some folks say that cartridge or cartomizer is the equivalent of 1 pack of cigarettes. But, there are so many variations available you can't really make a blanket statement. However, in my personal opinion, a KR808D-1 cartomizer is the equivalent of 1/2 pack of cigarettes.

Since the KR808D-1's are designed to be disposable, you can refill them but the atomizer degrades after several refills, and you tend to use them up faster. Or draw on them harder to get the same vapor hit as when the cartomizer was fresh.

I saw a peer reviewed study recently (I'll have to find it again) that tried to measure the amount of nicotine an e-cig delivers. As I recall, it was less than the advertised strength. So this could explain why you appear to be vaping more than you used to smoke.

If anyone is interested, I can try to locate the study.

Thanks for agreeing DC2. Hopefully the original poster, Muttjunky now understands that it is normal for a light smoker to use more than one cartridge in a day. It is a common misconception for those new to e-cigs.

I was a lite smoker before vaping, but still I cannot get through a light day with only one cart.

. Yes thank you all so much for the replies. I was thinking that one cart equals one pack and that is sooo not happening for me. I am not a heavy vaper, more like medium, and am averaging three per day. Thanks again.

For me, a cartomizer is equal to around 1/2 pack of cigs.

This is based on the fact that I was a 2 pad smoker and I go thru 4 cartomizers (1ml each) every 24 hours.

It's really hard to say if that is accurate because now I am a chain vaper, which would put me in the 3 pad category if I was a chain smoker.

I think a standard cartridge is equivalent to only 5-7 cigs, for me.
