Depends on the vendor.

But most juices improve with a basic: "Shake, take caps and dripper off and let sit 24 hours, caps/dripper back on, Shake, sit/steep for minimum of 1 week. Shake Daily, Shake before filling.

tobacco juices, especially NETs do benefit from a longer steep. HHV's Oompa didn't really develop fully for me until 2 months had passed, while Heavenly Army was good within the first week of steeping.

Basically just taste test them every week, and judge if they are ready for tanks or daily use.

If your impatient, shake real well. Put in microwave for 10 seconds with the cap and drip tip off (I found 15-20 seconds melted the bottle.. ooops) let cool a bit, shake real well and let it sit over night with the cap and drip tip off. Shake before each use.

I also picked up an Ultr-sonic cleaner, that works well also. (do a search on ultra-sonic steeping here).

Depends on how impatient you are, and how much you want to fiddle with things.

Some are good out of the mail. Others are made the same day you order it. I've had MBV shipped in two hours, and was made right before it was shipped. Things that came in and I tried and thought yuk, or nothing there, I put aside. Tried them again after a few weeks and thought, wow.. not bad at all! The stuff I get locally is made up before hand, and is sitting on the shelf waiting for me. So it doesn't need steeping. Different vendors, some times even different juices from the same vendor need different times, from 0 to a few weeks. (or a few hours in the UC ) (which is also great for cleaning coils and tanks)

YMMV :)

I could never really tell much difference steeping made to the taste - but most swear by it.

A good rule of thumb - try the juice - if you don't like it and/or thinks it could improve - steep for a week - try again - if you still don' like it steep for a month - if you still don't like it - throw it out -

My thoughts as well.

I stick to the flavors that hit me in the face on first huff (or not long after). I agree that taste buds can come around in a day or two, but waiting around for months just seems like a waste of time and money to me. Purchase sample packages and sample from local vape shops. I have two bottles from MBV that have been sitting around for about two months now and last i checked still taste like dung.
