Hey Taurox,

A regular cigarette is about 1MG of nicotine. Here is a site where you can find exactly how much nicotine is in the brand you smoke. Erowid Tobacco Vault : Info on Nicotine Content of Cigarette Brands

When juice is listed as 18MG, this means 18MG per ML of ejuice. Note that in cigarettes, the amount of nicotine listed is the amount absorbed by the body and with ejuice, the amount listed is what is contained in each ML.

There is alot of debate on how much nicotine one actually absorbes from vaping. The general consensus however is that we get less nicotine from vaping than we get from smoking. So to answer your question, there isn't really a solid answer on how much you need to vape or what strength you need to vape. It is what satisfies you at the end of the day. Hope that helped.

Tim

I have read some places where they say 8mg is a marlboro red and 11 is unfiltered. Then other places say 18mg is closer to a regular cigarette. Kinda a big difference..

Thanks
