How many mg of PG per ml in 18 mg Nic Juice?

I just want to get some idea of how much PG I am taking in per ml. Thanks in advance.

Depends on the liquid and the flavoring but I imagine it's pretty close to a ml for most PG juices.

yup , gotta be close to 95% PG.

Just checked one of my juices which lists ingredients and states 91.7% PG

Do you know how many mg of PG are in a ml of PG?

The specific gravity of PG is 1.036. So the weight would be:

1 ml * 0.91 * 1.036 = 0.94 grams = 940 mg. This assumes a juice with 91% PG.

It will definitely vary with the brand... for example, Totally Wicked's label reads (with help from my wife's reading glasses... maybe I'm getting old after all) Propylene Glycol > 65%, Pure Water < 10%, Glycerol < 20% and a bunch of other stuff.

heh, you simply can't mathematically determine how much you are taking in... since you blow a significant amount of it back out again. If you could determine the percentage of PG, by weight or volume, subtract the amount that gets crusted onto the atomizer, then somehow weigh the amount from every puff that you exhale (remove the water first), I suppose you could figure out roughly how much you absorb... kinda sorta tricky though ;-)

Good point. It's the same problem with the nicotine. Nobody knows how much nicotine we actually absorb at this point.
