How Many of You Get Nicotine in Other Ways?

I was just curious if most of you were 100% vapers, or if vaping was just one of a number of ways that you enjoy nicotine.

I vape, use snus, and use nasal snuff, depending on my mood and the situation in which I find myself. I'm better off using snus at work or at family dinners with the in-laws. If I'm driving around, then vapor is nice in the car or maybe out when I'm relaxing. But, snuff perks me up pretty quick when I need that, and I enjoy the aromas. So, I spread the nicotine love around a little.

How about you guys?

When I first discovered vaping, that was all I did. I completely how that would be enough. All the gear and the various flavors. Its like its own world. (Well, ignoring Nicotine for a minute), the same thing that drew me to vaping drew me to snuff. The aromas...and 100's of flavors to choose from. I think vaping and snuff have more in common that vaping and smoking cigarettes, honestly.

I was using lozenges 3 years ago when I started vaping...especially in situations like plane travel. Today I have dropped from 24mg to 5mg nic so my nicotine requirements aren't what they used to be. I can go quite a while before I need to use another source. I still carry lozenges in some situations but never use them (they are probably out of date anyway).

I get my nicotine from vaping now with one exception. I use nicotine gum while flying. Oh yeah, there are some other exceptions. I eat potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant. All of these contain trace amounts of nicotine but I would need to eat 22 lbs of them to get the same amount of nicotine as from a single cigarette.

Just vaping for me, and I'm finding it pretty easy to reduce from my high of 10mg; down to 7mg now, and really haven't noticed any difference. Still got 1.6% WTA in there, but that's gradually whittling down too. By cold weather (late Dec-Jan) I hope to be off the WTA and down to 5mg, to see if that helps with my wintertime cold hands and feet.

ROFL! For years I carried a sealed "patch" in my purse, for "just in case"... Finally tossed it when the sealed pkg became so ratty with age, I figured air had probably gotten to the patch and rendered it null and void.
