How Many Posts?

According to the rules, with 15 posts or more, I should be able to post in any forum. So, why am I not able to post in the Provari forum? Anyone?

Sometimes, it takes a while for the server to update.

Give it an hour and check back.

For some reason :26 after the hour sticks in my head regarding the servers updating. Don't quote me on it, but it's an odd time, that's why it sticks out for me....

yep...the system refreshes at 25 after the hour...then your posts get acknowledged for updating permissions
