To many Variables to answer that question directly.. It all depends on PG/VG content.. How much flavorings in the mix.. so on and so forth..

Indeed, too many variables. Some brands last longer than others, but whatever brand or type you use, be sure & keep the filler moist or they will die prematurely. What sort of PV do you have? Are you using a tank setup? What type of juice (PG/VG ratio)? And of course, what brand/type/ resistance are your cartos?

Fo me it's around 4-5 days with about 3-3.5 ml a day of clear juice and I am using Boje 2.0 and Ressurectors 1.7 Ohms
I am still using the cig 20 that I started with 3 weeks ago but want to buy something different. I want a two piece model. I was thinking about the halo g6 because it comes in my favorite color. I posted asking about it but no replies yet. All of the model talk is still confusing to me and I don't want to be having to buy atomizers if I don't have to. The cheap cig 20 works fine but its not very pretty LOL I want a pretty e cig.
1 - It depends on the cartomizer - some cartomizers are loosely structured inside and don't stand up well to repeated refilling. I prefer cartomizers with a defined center air channel.
2 - If depends on the juice you use. Dark, cloudy or opaque juice can often drop flavoring sediment, clogging the stuffing and airhole and baking onto the coil. And thick juices, since they sort of impede wicking and airflow already, can lead to easier singeing and shorten the useful life of a carto. I use thin (like 80PG/20VG) clear juices.
3 - It depends on how well you keep the carto damp. If you let a carto get too low on liquid, especially with hotter cartos like the LR ones 450mah+ batteries can use, you will singe the carto and add a bitter burnt taste
I do not do "refills". I keep damp. I can get 7-10 days use out of each carto. Since I carry 2 devices, each with a carto, that is 2-3 weeks for me. I can usually run 15-20ml of juice through carto before switching to a new one.

If you're happy with a cig-sized PV you might want to also look at the Volt, the Bloog, and Vapor4Life kits. These are KR808 kits (I think that's what the Halo g6 is too, not sure) and don't know much about them but folks who like cig-sized e-cigs generally give them favorable nods. Anyway use the Google box at the top right of the ECF page if you'd like to find out more about these, or I expect other folks will come along shortly with more info (and to try & convince you to get a bigger battery model, which ain't a bad idea either

I believe Cig2O and G6 are same threading and will function similarly. If I am correct, Cig2O is KR808D-1 and I know G6 is the rubberized surface KR808D-1 threaded 3.6v regulated version (instead of 3.7v). Why don't you try the G6 cartos first. And BTW Bloogplanet and SmokelessImage are identical to G6. V4L is more like Cig2O (3.7v, not rubberized) but many styles have a custom 10+ second cutoff (I use the single logo manuals).
On thing that will give you a somewhat different experience is the manuals if you use autos. I prefer the easier button press, more airflow and 10-second cutoff of the V4L manuals. But the rubberized models have better sealed end on the manuals and 40mah longer charge for each size.

I'd go for a KGO starter kit from Dark City Vapors. They come with 10 cartos for 48 bucks. Bill sells his e-juice is $2.50 for 5ml which is about half as much as the competition, he's an avid ECF poster, and a heck of a nice guy who will answer your questions with his integrated instant chat menu on his site. I was jabbering him up at 4am last night. The guy's a saint.
KGO, from what I have seen has the strongest battery on the market for an EGO style e-cig and can even outperform 18650 mods (much more expensive mod than a kgo!) for a fraction of the price.
As for cartos I have heard stories of Boge cartomizers lasting for up to 6 months if you clean them properly and frequently (every 2-4 days). How do you clean them? Get a glass of the hottest water out of the tap you can get (you can use boiling water if you have a metal carto but NOT PLASTIC). Take a turkey baster and pop the bulb off and pop in your carto battery side down. Put the bulb back on and begin pumping it in the glass of water until it runs clear (about a minute). You'll be surprised how well this works. Now to dry it off you can shake it out or some people even devised a way to attach strings (with a carto condom) and swing the thing around outside Pete Townshend style and it gets the water right out of there. Let them dry for a day before using them again tho, is my recommendation.

I usually get a week to 10 days out of them & I toss them in covered container of Everclear, I figure if I ever stupidly run out, I'll try to clean them. When I first started using cartos, I tried cleaning a few & then lasted maybe another day then they clogged up again. But, the ones that still draw good, but just taste funky (not burnt!) go in the container.
I use Bauway Clearomizers and can get a month out of one before cleaning it. I use juice from Backwoods Brew which is a big reason they last so long. My rig is a Roughstack V2 with a heavy duty switch and wiring I modded myself.
