How much and how often do you vape?

Hi everyone

was curious to know how often people vaped in a given day and how many puffs. Me, I vape ten puffs every three hours or so, thinking it maybe a bit excessive and have been trying to stick to how much nicotine I absorbed in my smoke days (6 american spirits a day)

is ten puffs an hour enough? really interested to know how many puffs you took and how often

Whatever works for you. That's all that matters. Me I vape 2ml a day of 6mg. Sometimes less sometimes more. Can't really count the puffs because I mostly exhale through my nose and don't take big lung hits. Then again sometimes I do.

On topic now. I vape in the am, on the drive to work, then the drive home, and on and off all evening. About 2-4ml at 12mg per day at .8 ohms.

When I first started I used an MVP 2.0 with the puff counter. I was vaping about 50-100 puffs a day at 1.8ohms with 24mg juice. 5ml would last me a week.

Work really cramps my vaping style.

I vape about six to ten Ml's every day all day long on my Reo. That's what seems to keep me off of the stinckys.

i dont have "set" times where i pick up my vape and have "a few" puffs - my APV is glued to my hand, and i take a puff when i feel like it.

Probably about 10 mls a day. I chain vape all day. So you can vape on without guilt or worry

I smoked 2.5 - 3 PAD so I traded chain smoking for chain vaping. Started with 24mg and now down to 6 usually, although sometimes I treat myself with something heavier.

The only time I do not vape is when I am asleep....and I may sleep vape. I am just not aware of it, if I do. This results in 30 to 40 ml per week consumption of 50/50 12mg liquid.

How much you vape is never something to worry about. My girls brother capes about 15 mls a day!

Hi, Khali. I'm at about 4-5 ml/day, at 3mg of nic. Some days, I barely go through 1 ml. If you started vaping to quit analogs, I wouldn't worry about number of puffs or ml's. Listen to your body; it will tell you what you need. Best of luck to you!

my nic is much lower like 3's maybe a 6 now & then and lots of zeros but
I used to smoke like 5 6 cigars a day so I dont understand it but I'm happy about it ( my wifies not but yea whatever) although I need to find stronger flavored and cheaper juice
or order another 120 ml btl Khali Vapor's Cali girl and just stop playing around ..
Although 5 pawns is an ADV its mighty expensive ADV ya think they would offer discounted 210 ml bottles too Grrrr!!

I had to follow up my rant ,, when It warms up a bit here in the frozen tundra ( milwaukee) I think I may be able to not vape at work all day long and
all night in front of the computer .. I really miss the Gym & that used to be 2.5 hours a night for me..
all while still not smoking
it seems definite in the immediate future

As was said before. I chain smoked before and I chain vape now. I probably do 7-10 ml a day of various flavors (on my 4th today) of 10-12mg.
