How much juice does a regular cartridge/cart hold?

Planning on getting a syringe to refill my carts but wanted to know what the average amount of juice that they hold so I know what to fill the syringe up to. I tried just dripping it from the bottle into the cart but it takes forever.

20-25 drops, usually, maybe more on the first fill.
