The nicotine stated is per ml so that is 18mg per ml

Don't bother trying to convert it to how many cigarettes that is because vapor is absorbed differently. possibly less immediately but it seems to hang around longer to me so you end up with a good amount. Judge by how you feel. You want a TH you like and not so much nicotine that you get over-nicced symptoms like headache, rapid or irregular heartbeat, cold fingertips, lightheaded or yucky feeling.

I started on 18mg then after 3 or 4 months I started to work my way down, lowering my dependence on nicotine and TH. I like 10-12mg a lot too. I am now all the way down at 4mg which is pretty minimal TH but at least I can vape a lot at times now and rarely over-nic myself.

I've noticed that I can vape my brains out (18mg) and not really get the nic symptoms, yet when I was on analogs if I smoked 4 in a row OMG I felt like doo doo. Could have been the thousands of other nasty things in them too though.

Me too. I think a lot of people mistake too much nicotine for withdraw symptoms. I've never gotten an over nicotine feeling vaping at all. I'd think you'd have a better chance of it happening smoking than vaping.

No, I don't really vape non-stop. Not that there's anything wrong with that but must not be my vaping style. I take a few hits, put it down. I don't try to monitor myself or anything. I never got an actual buzz. I did vape more when I first started though. The novelty wears off a bit after the first couple months or so.

Always listen to the mouse. ;) I am pretty sure I vape more nicotine or close to it than I smoked. But when I smoked too many analogs, I definitely felt it the next day. It's never been that way for me with vaping.

Does anyone else have an issue with using a PV like a pacifier? When I used a clearomizer or a transparent tank, I can see how much juice I've vaped, decide it's enough, and set it down. I can't do that when I use a cartridge, so I get a bit more buzz than what I'm after. Am I alone on this?

You're definitely not alone. ;) Hence why I keep a large supply of clear EMDCC's and clearomizers on hand.
