How much should I pay for a Vanilla Mod?

I've seen people get them for $100 and I've seen people get them for $200. Where should I look for it, and what is an acceptable price. Looking to make a switch from my Nemesis Clone

I got mine for about $150. It really is a FANTASTIC mod, the switch has a really easy throw and it hit like a freight train. I would highly suggest this mod to just about anyone. Good luck.
