I have a 30ml bottle of banana cream pie from tasty vapor and it isnt sweet enough. So i found some stevia clear liquid stevia at krogers. I is very sweet to the taste but it doesnt seem to be sweetening up my 30ml bottle. i have already put in about 10 drops and cant really taste any change. How much of this stuff does it take?

i made a cup of coffee and tried it using 2 drops then 4 then 10. at 10 drops is was barely sweet and had a bad taste. coffee got dumped and stevia went in the trash. the really bad news is i ruined my juice. its has a bad after taste now. i am hoping the new sweetner will clean it up or else ill be mixing it with other juice to thin it out.

Clear liquid stevia has a bitter taste that can come through in liquid mixes. I use Now brand stevia glycerite, it basically is stevia in a VG base, and it doesn't have the bitter character. I've tried just about every stevia out there and this is the only one I've found to date that doesn't. I love the stuff, and put about 3 drops in my 1oz mix of vanilla custard- bavarian cream (and my tea and everything else that needs sweetening, LOL)......delightful!! I get mine from Iherb.com. If you've not ordered from them, you can get a $5.00 discount on your first order by using code OWE000 (the first is an 'oh' and the last 3 are zeros). :D

Thanks you vape wench. I think I will try that. I ordered the sweetner base from my favorite vender, and I dont like the after taste. Go figure! Maybe it just has the aftertaste if used in too much quantity, cause I love their juices, and I dont get the same aftertaste in them, as I do when I add the sweetener they sell.

You're welcome, Godzilla. I don't know about other sweeteners, but I do know that all the stevias I tried (and I tried a lot when I was getting off artificial sweeteners) were bitter except the stevia glycerite. And I figured since it is already in a glycerin base, it should meld well with a juice recipe....

I'm using NuNaturals NuStevia Pure White Stevia Extract, it's also not bitter. A white powder, it's soluble in glycerine (as well as water).

I have some of this in powder form, I'd like to premix it with the glycerine so I could add it by the drop to my mixes. Can you recommend a starting point of how much stevia powder to add to say 5ml of glycerine?

Ditto...

I have tru.via, it's in crystal form... I use it for tea now.

Can I use that in e-juice? Ingredients: Erythritol, rebiana, natural flavors

I assume it is soluble in VG or PG, haven't tried yet.

FYI - they say the some people detect a licorice flavored aftertaste with stevia stuff, and some don't.
