I ordered my regular order of strawberry juice from tasty vapor and forgot to specify to make it stronger. It's already flavored in a 1 oz bottle and a 4 oz doubler but I'd like to strengthen it myself, I just don't want to overdo it.

I do have the same flavor they use (Lorann's strawberry, which is what I knew they last used and I don't believe they've switched) in drams and at least 4 drams handy. I'm not completely sure but a couple years back on their online chat they told me they flavor roughly one dram per ounce so is there a quick and dirty way I can add some extra flavor without messing this up that any of you experienced DIY'ers know?

Thanks for any help!

Yeah that's why I'm double checking. I have the concentrate but how do I measure an amount as small as 0.3 ml? I only have basic 2ml syringes. Is there a calculation for how much of a ml is in an average drop from a dropper? I was hoping there might a simple formula.

As an example, if I'm to add 20% to flavor normally then to make it stronger I'm to add 25% instead of 20%. Is there any formula like that for just what the average amount to add extra is if someone wants to have a stronger flavor?

What is a doubler and what exactly does it do?

It's just what tasty vapor calls their no nicotine juice (because they sell 48mg nic juice and then "doublers" to mix it down so I get a 1oz 48mg and a 4oz no nic and mix it all for about 9.6mg juice and with the prices I end up with 150ml of juice for a little over $30)

drops depend on the dropper you are using and the thickness of the liquid. Water is 32 drops per ml with a standard dropper. You can test your liquid by measuring the drops per ml and then dividing. Since your ejuice is already flavored and your only want to make it stronger you slow and add a little at a time. adding to much can over powerthe juice or impart a bad taste. I would take a smaller amount say 10 mls and add a drop or two of the loann's and test it to find the amount you need to add. :2c:

I won't get into the Entire Drops thing...

But most people who work with drops use the 20 Drops/ml rule of thumb for Water and a "Standard Dropper".

I second the Idea of doing a 10ml test verses trying to do a Large Batch.

I don't use drops or 2, 3 mil syringes for flavoring concentrates.

I've always used ONE mil syringes for just flavorings....You can be as exact as 0.1 millileter

Wizard Labs sells them 75 cents each, if u call John and ask for a few dozen he will cut you a deal. Especially if u buy your nic from him.

i do the same thing as Red Bird accept with certain things and recipes I will do drops. For instance, I've started using the drop method for the super concentrates from VZ. REason being is that since they are recommend at such a low percent (2.5) I find it easier to do drops opposed to the tiny ML. (I do 3-10ml of juice at a time so my amounts are typically small) On top of that, if I need to adjust the flavor, I find it much easier to just add another drop. Most importantly, the VZ S.C. come in the dropper bottles (which have bigger drops than most pipettes I've seen) so I figure I may as well utilize them.
Another thing I did for my 1ML pipettes is measured the exact amount of drops per ML, just in case I needed it. I got 30... but who knows.
