How often do I have to refill it?

I just got a 510 and I'm topping it like every 6 or 7 puffs, is this normal?? (and I'm not getting a huge amount of vape either)

I also noticed that if I just let it rest for a while it gives me more vapor... well the first and second puffs then it goes to almost nothing...

How much should I wait between puffs?

How many puffs does a cart gives?

I'm sure you'll get a lot of opinions, but I top off after every 5-6 puffs as well, just to keep the flavor tasty.

Resting allows the liquid to wick down to the atty and gives you more liquid to burn when you do take a puff. So resting occasionally is important, especially if your atty gets really hot. I usually have two PVs when I'm at my computer and alternate between the two as to allow one to rest. IMO, you get the best flavor and vapor after you get the atty nice and warm, so you have to get it going a bit.

I don't know how many puffs my cart will give b/c I'm always topping off! If you start to get a burnt taste then the atty is too hot or you need more juice. I always try to top off before that happens.

Sounds like you're doing it right to me.

Search the forum for "windmill method" and it will answer your questions.
It is also one of the ways to solve your problems.

Other possible ways include using pyramid teabags for filler.
And you could also look into using the straw modification.

I use the "windmill method" myself, and it is stupid, and strange, but it works.
