Welcome. I think you just got a tiny bit dizzy from the analogs. When you use ecigs alone and then feel that way, then just time to put it down until you feel better. 6mg is not going to poision you. However, the stinkies are....

As far as puffs go, that is a myth. the point is to vape enough to keep the cravings from stinkies away, thus satisifying your need to smoke them. Go slow, listen to what your body is telling you it needs.

It seems a bit high for you.
I would get the same flavor eliquid with 0 nic and mix equal amount to get it down to 3?

If that is still giving you fits, mix in 2 - 0 nic to one and get it down even more?

Remember, Nic is there to help you with the "fix"! If it's too much and not helping with your fix neither, than it's not good.

Cheers

6mg isnt much. from what i learned tho, the action of vaping is more fatiguing than smoking analogs which could exacerbate a nicotine rush into a headache. i chain vaped 24mg when i frist started and i know for sure i got nicotine poisioning. so you should be okay at 6. just takes a few days to workout your vaping muscles. lol

theres no way to know how many puffs equal 6 analogs since the analogs have other chemicals in the leaf to enhance the experience of the nicotine whereas vaping is much cleaner. regardless congrats on your decision to switch!

Here is my rule of thumb. Sit back enjoy vaping. If you get dizzy or a headache or feel nauseous just put it down for a bit. 6mg is not alot and every now and then you will get a little in your mouth. I Vape all day and like one of the previous comments stated Analogs will kill you vaping wont.
Good Luck and enjoy.Welcome to the Forum.
