I've been using the same atomizer for months now and it's been great, but today, its starting to taste a little different. Not really a burnt taste, but just not the same as usual. I figured it's just time for a new one anyways, even though this one still works well.

So how often do you change your attys and clean your pv's etc.

I clean the atty I've used that day almost every day to prevent the coil from getting gunked up. Tahst's what kills attys. That and of course the coil will eventually burn out. I rinse it out under very warm water, right up under the faucet. Then I blow ALL of the water out of it, soak any left inside with a tissue and let it dry. I rotate several, so they have days to dry. When it comes back into rotation it takes 4 or 5 drops to prime it. I wouldn't try it if I didn't have a spare or two.

I think if you do preventative maintenance they seem to last much longer without any performance dip. At least that's been my experience.

yeah but im lazy, i buy my attys 20-30 at a time, sometimes more when i can swing an order from china. i figure if my 5$ atty can last a month, way better than the smokes i was buying.
