I vape a lot and fill 10 carts twice a day, about 10 drops each cart. The white polyfill does not hold much and "withhold" juice sometimes, so I use blue foam like this https://strictlyejuice.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=67_49&products_id=222&zenid=pigbepq0jissetp1ivo0shk564. You can also get foam (Fluval) from pet store and cut yourself, tricky, cut twice as big as cart opening if you do. Or you can use cartos, either throw away or still have to refill them.

Edit: if you got prefilled carts with Riva, carts should have condom/caps. If you have carts with no condoms, you can't fill and leave open, will dry. Also, there needs to some filler in cart. Do not fill a cart with all juice, no filler, does not work that way.

I didn't like the vape from the atty/carts that came with my eGo clone. So I was using clearos and now the EMDCC's. Only getting about 3mL on the initial fills (rated at "almost 5mL!"). I rotate 3 during the day and top off once before I go to bed - about 20 drops in each give or take.

I probably vape a little less than you (2ml a day or so) but I top off my EMDCC once a day.

A side note, but I've used the same EMDCC exclusively for 23 days now - but I vape a straight PG tobacco-flavored juice. Part of my daily ritual includes gently running a straighened paper clip up the center hole but the carto's still going strong :D

Hi, I'm also new to vaping but it would appear that everyone would require different amounts of refills, same as analogues and appears to be dependant on what atties you are using. I've switched from chain smoking analogues to chain vaping using both 510-t ,ego-t and a leo. I have several different atties for 510-t and somedrink liquid whilst Joye atties don't seem to use same amount of juice. I'm sure some of the veterans on here will give you sound advice.
