Charge half way through. Don't let it die completely. These types of batteries don't have a memory. They don't need to die for us to charge them. In fact if you do let it die completely every time you will be replacing it much sooner because of the stress you are putting it though

I got an MVP 1st version. I've heard it doesn't matter if u charge it before it dies. I've also heard it's good to charge before it dies. I've also heard it's good to charge once it dies. What's the best way of charging that will keep my battery running longer. And last longer.
With my MVP v2.....I run a FULL charge whenever I hit "yellow" (~3.5-3.7v).....I ran a FULL charge when I got it new, out-of-the-box, not knowing how long it had benn sitting around.....
If you've got a v1, I'll assume it's used...if so, it'd be hard to tell how many charge cycles it's been through....but IMHO, I'd just charge to FULL (4.2v) when it hits "yellow".....and you should be good to go!!:D
Happy (vaping) Trails!

I'm here, when I'm here
I've had my MVP2 for a month and a half. I usually charge it when in the "yellow". It's gone twice to the "red" and completely dead once. I charge it until the green light goes out or take it off the charger the next morning. The battery still lasts me about 2 1/2 days.

Good luck and hope this helps. Happy Vaping!! :vapor:

That's very true.
