Well I bought some DIY supplies straight up from a food flavouring company,

I got some apple, watermelon, grape flavourings to fool around and try creating basic juice.

Now I mixed some 10ml bottles using the following:

6ML PG
3ML VG
1ML Flavouring

The flavour is good , vapor is also non issue .... but no Throat Hit at all ...

Intend not to use any NIC for my vaping habbits, but I do miss the throat hit I was getting from crap dekang juice.

Please advice !!! thanks in advance!

95% of throat hit comes from two things: warmth of the vapor (bigger battery PV's) and higher level of nicotine. More PG vs VG, adding PGA and different ingredients in eliquid only account for the last 5%. Good throat hit is NOT a burning sensation which is all you get with additives such as pepper extract to site one example. I think you would have had to have vaped different PV's at 3.2 volts, 3.7 volts, 5 volts and variable volts and with different atomizers/cartomizers and different nic levels to experience the true difference in good throat hit. If you are only looking for a small increase in throat hit, then an additive to your liquid such as PGA, may do the trick. If you want truely good throat hit that is consistent and “warm” not “hot”, then you need a good 5 volt or variable volt PV. Low resistance attys are a good intermediate step to increase TH, but in my experience they do not hold up well and cannot be used on certain PV's.

thanks for all the replies ...

well what can I say its definately not a issue about V's the vapor is warm and felt well in the throat ...

Tired my juice on GOGO's, 5v pass trough's, ECHO's , KR808 etc ... used different attys LR cartos etc.

There is something in the dekang juice wich makes the throat a bit soar, you can even fell when vaping their juices thats it is irritating the nose as well something which my home made ones do not do at all.

Whats PGA if I may ask?

I've gotten a massive throat hit using PGA on a 6mg e liquid. There was still nic in it but such a small amount I cant think of anything besides the PGA that caused the throat hit. One issue with PGA however is it will thin your liquid out which will kill your vapor out put. I would suggest not using any PG just stick with VG, flavor, and PGA. PG is not as thick as VG and when you add PGA to it, it will become very thin and watery. Play around with that and see what happens.

I'm not sure what you think is good throat hit or what you have to compare it to, but I have never heard of anyone stating they get massive throat hit with 6mg liquid even if it was 50% PGA which would not work. If that was the case, we could all just buy $10 PV's from the 7/11 and 0 nic liquid and put some PGA in it and we would all be satisfied vapers.

Here's something from FlavourArt I haven't seen before:

FLASH 0 nicotine e-liquid

We are glad to announce our latest development for nicotine free e liquid designed to mimic the nicotine hit.

With valuable feedback received for our previous 0 nicotine liquid, we reworked the formula making it milder and rounder.

Flash is designed as ready to vape E liquid but it can be diluted up to personal preferences.

Composition

PG 63%
VG 35%
Flavoring preparations and flavorings 2%

Below is a link to one of our suppliers here in Oz. It's an additive called QHIT which adds TH to your juice. It may be available somewhere near you.
JuiceWhore E-Liquid E-Juice - QHIT - (Powered by CubeCart)

Qhit was FlavorArt but I don't see it listed on their website anymore. I'm starting to think it was discontinued. Anyway, I've read that it adds heat like the pepper extracts, so I never bothered to try it. I don't know about this Flash liquid that they have now. Has anybody here actually tried it?
