Hi!

Forgive me if this has been asked a million times, but my starter kit arrived today and not all of the parts were labeled. I'm new and confused and don't want to break anything assembling and filling the e-cig. Could I get a little help?

I've identified the batteries and wall-charger (yay!) and my batteries are currently charging. They're an ego-c twist variety, 650mah VV and 1100mah (I think...) The rest of the parts are clearomizers and 1 Boge cartomizer. It also comes with a thread cover I'm not sure what to do with. I have lots of e-liquid but no idea how to fill without damaging anything.

No camera so I can't show you pictures of the parts. How do I put together a clearomizer/thread cover and battery?

Really basic, stupid newbie questions.

Sounds like a basic set up so, your clearomizer should have a black or clear drip tip at the top and that should un-screw. Take that off and fill with your juice, make sure you don't get it in the little silver looking tube inside. If you do blow through the bottom after you have reassembled everything. Screw it onto your battery and let it set for 5 to 15 minute's to soak the wicks, and vape away :)
Don't think you'll need the thread cover with a clearo, sound's like a beauty ring or a cone to make a carto more visably appealing.

    Welcome and good luck!

If you can post a link to the kit you purchased that would be helpfull. Top coil clearo will unscrew from the top, bottom coil is filled from the bottom. The tread protector is a clear silicon thing you can use to fill the silver cartomizer by filling the cup then sink the carto thread end first into the cup. This will force the juice up into the bottom of the carto to prime. You must prime first or you will burn the carto and it will tast bad. Also fill carto by removing the white seal on the top. That is the end where the drip tip will slide into.

I got this starter kit from Canvape:

    Ultimate eGo-C Twister VV Starter Kit & 6 - 10ml bottles of e-liquid.

The e-cig appears to be working, sort of. I'm not getting a lot of smoke out of it. Can see some when I inhale, but none when I exhale... so I don't know if everything is right or not. Smoking the 1100mah with Melon flavored e-juice.

The taste is wonderful, but I think something went wrong somewhere... Um, is the e liquid supposed to go into the plastic/glass part and be visible?

    Thanks for all the help!

This was helpful especially since I have a similar model coming in the mail. Didnt know you had to let the wicks soak up for a bit after you first fill it.
I saw a video on youtube that had a guy sucking and blowing(not pressing the button while doing so) so that the juice reached the atty. Do you have to do that too? Or just let it sit? Paranoid about getting the burnt taste. Main reason for my shifting to a clearomizer setup and dumping the cartomizers.

I've found that if it is a bottom coil clearo, sucking on it right after you fill it gets the wicks wet faster. You can see bubbles coming up which means liquid is going in.

With top coil clearos, I usually roll them around to help the liquid soak in faster.

Or, you can just let it sit.

Wow, that's quite a kit! A cartomizer and 5 different kinds of clearomizers! That's a great kit for getting to try a lot of different stuff. But, it doesn't have any pictures!

I had to search the site to find out what the Stardust E17 is (a fat CE5). Some of the clearos are top-coil, some bottom-coil. You're going to need to learn about each one individually because you have 5 different kinds.

I would suggest searching YouTube so that you can see for yourself how to use each. To see it is a lot better than to just read about it.

Great kit! Congratulations, and good luck!
