I ordered the wrong item in an order that I made tonight facepalm and I cannot figure out how to cancel my order to re-order the correct item. I was going to open a ticket, but I don't think it will be resolved by Monday when they ship my items.
I would go ahead and try opening a ticket. Just let them know the correct items you want and I bet they'll fix it and ship it on Monday without a problem.
They are a good vendor.......Just send them an email with the order number and the correction you would like to make and all things should be good. Be sure to include a phone # so they can call you if there any questions.
Maybe put a post over in the madvapes forum also, they have always been very efficient
in getting my orders out fast, (may work against you in this case).

Thanks everyone for your help and for encouraging me to open a ticket because I have heard some bad things about their ticket service and would not have opened one otherwise. At least the wrong item was a battery charger and not a huge ... bottle of juice or else I would be SOL seeing how I ordered late on a Friday night and it shipped the very next day at 11:30 AM (that still blows my mind a little that they shipped on Saturday).
