Really bad encounter with FT

Its the same thing as u opening a ticket for a return/refund on a product, but they replied u one day after the deadline telling u you're too late? I didn't hold my order as some of the items became ship in x days at the product info. As holding them = re-ordering = waiting for it to restock again? I may not know their system well. But them making me pay extra for the shipping when i just amended the order, and causing order #2 to be shipped via ~30day shipping method is quite ridiculous. I wouldn't have order it if it would take ~30day to arrive. I would have ordered more stuff or not order at all.

Cancel the first order and wait for my items to be restocked again? Can you read the previous posts before commenting? Some ready to ship item have new status on their product page! to ship in x days. Dam too ...... off with FT that i am getting ...... with everything. sorry.

I really don't think you can expect a lot when dealing with these types of companies. I have seen so many bad reviews but yet people still order from them.

I just got my stuff this week. 3 week shipping.

Issues can always happen with out-of-stock inventory + changing the initial order >.<

Glad I waited for the Black dna 30 to be back in stock before completing my purchase

To make it clear, order #1 was around $20. Cancelling that item resulted in me incurring shipping charges (i was ok with that even though i am not sure why should i pay for the extra shipping charges when i am using the cancelled item to purchase more stuffs).

That makes no sense at all..FT did not cause you any increase in shipping charges if its was $20..and shipping under $20 orders is usually less than $1 to the USA...You chose to change/cancel your order and incur shipping price changes which was so minimal , its not worth talking about..
