I have a buddy I just turned onto vaping. He gonna make me a lanyard out of paracord with a little pouch to hold my pv. Hope he picks some decent colors....

Some ideas here. vaping my tie would be cool but I do not wear a tie. Lanyard inside my shirt? - not out of the question but the eGo battery with tank is pretty large for dangling in front of my fat belly. Use my eGo case? - rather large at 6" x 4" x 1.5". The Beefy Pocket Organizer? Yikes. At 6.25"(L) x 8.75"(H) x 2.5"(W) it is even bigger than the eGo case. The sentry gear leather looks like a good idea. They look to be made more for the large battery packs like the provape rather than the eGo type battery.
I'm beginning to think that just carrying my battery and the tank in a separated condition in my pants pocket will have to do. But thanks for all of the thought and ideas. There are many more options than my little mind could think of.

I've been thinking about this too, just got my first PV Friday and haven't had to be in the office yet. I'm not too keen on lanyards. I was thinking maybe something like a pepper spray holster maybe.
depending on your 'dress code' at work you could always look for a flash light holder...they can hang off a lanyard or a belt and can be found in almost any size

I had the same issue, and really found no solution that worked.. For me the lanyard felt strange around my neck. For me the answer was to get a larger VV mod for my large tank, then my daily driver switched to an eGo with a Kanger T3
Always wear a jacket so you have plenty of big pockets. 
I also used to carry something very similar and found that it was too stressful worrying about damaging it so I bought a Joyetech E-roll and found it perfect for vaping when away from home. It also has the added benefit of looking more like a cigarette when in public.
