How to clean my Pyrex beaker properly?

Hello,

Is there a way to clean my glassware properly? I washed it with water but the smell of the concentrates stays in the beaker. I tried washing it with soap but it was too cumbersome.

Is there a way to clean this easily that can take away the smell just by rinsing it? Sorry if its a dumb question, but who knows, there might be a better way to do anything in life right?

You could try soak it in Vinager.

Pyrex is very robust, so save some trouble and pain. Put in the top rack of dishwasher. When ready to use, rinse 2-3 times with water (distilled best option).

Soak it in vodka or everclear.

I'm happy with a vinager rinse. I never needed more than that even if black licorice sat in it for a while. If that don't work a soak with baking soda will.
