What is the best way to clean the replaceable atomizer heads on my vivi nova tank? I want to maintain them so they have a longer life. Info on how often, how to etc...would be so appreciated. I've done the dry burning and don't like doing that to my battery. If anyone knows of a good youtube video on cleaning them...please post it also. Thanks

I'm assuming that you're talking about the Vivi Nova tank, not just the plain old Vivi Nova. (Gosh, I wish they would make a new name for stuff other than Mark 2)

I've been using rebuildables for a few months now, and I have to say that I like them way better than cartos. However, at the same token as cartos, I feel that the insides are pretty well disposable. Once it's all gunked up, sure you can wash it with water and dry burn some of the stuff off, and then wash it again...but why bother? Unless you're in a pinch and not near your supplies, it's probably easier and better to just wrap up a new coil.

I can get about a 5-10 days out of a fresh coil before it starts giving me problems. When I say problems, I start getting that lump of phlegm in the back of my throat, and coughing a little bit. (Nothing at all compared to my former smoker's cough) That's when I toss the coil and rebuild it. My health is my primary concern here, and a couple extra days out of a dodgey coil isn't real high on my priority list.

Besides that... I have 100' of R wire and 20' of silica wick for around 30 dollars, it's already lasted me 2 months, and I've barely scratched the surface of it....I'm sure that I would have used up 30 dollars worth of cartos by now.

Bottom line here is this: Sure, you can clean them...but why not just get a fresh, awesome tasting coil on there. :)
