How to delete files from the file upload manager?

My alotment of uploaded photos has reached its limit in my file upload manager, so I am not able to upload new photos. I tried to find a way to delete some of the existing ones but could not figure out a way.

Can someone assist me with this?

settings on the top of the page / then on the left find miscellaneous / click on attachment / you will see all your uploaded files there / click the empty box and at the bottom delete selected

Or, you could upload to something like tinypic and then link to the image that you uploaded there in a post surrounded by (left bracket)link to picture(right bracket).
