how to determine which adapter is needed for ego c knockoff

I'm a newbie and I have purchased 2 ego c knockoff kits from a flea market vendor and they do not work with standard ego products. I want to find out which adapter I would need to make them work w/ joytech ego products. I had an old dead njoy battery in a drawer and the knockoff ego c battery will screw into the njoy battery. Does that tell me anything or is there some kind of picture guide that someone knows of that show the different thread types and dimensions? I believe the Njoy are KR808's not sure but can confirm that later if it tells me anything. I know I found picture guide/ or some kind of guide to threads somewhere in all my research but I can't find it again. Can't go to flea market and ask because they have sent me home with authentic joytech ego atomizers once(that do not fit) and tanks second time (work w/ little leaking). I have no faith that they will give me accurate information at this point.

I plan to buy myself an ego c twist tomorrow (not at the flea market) but want the adapter so I can give my knockoff stuff to my boss and just order him the same standard parts I get.

If your knockoffs have the 510 female threads in the center you can get the 510 to ego adapter..

No they have the male threads in the center. I just remembered that I still have the correct type of cartomizer that I really hate. They are 302D and do work. Don't like them but they work.
