How to drip?

Hi all--I'm new to post, but I've been reading for a while. I've had my njoy for a few months, and have been reading about dripping on your message board, and trying to figure it out. Sorry to be so dense, but can someone please explain about the e-liquid? The cartridges are expensive, and I'd love to know how to refill, somehow, with the nicotine without buying the cartridges all the time from the supplier. Also, with the bickfords flavors, are you just adding a drop or two of that? Thanks so much! -Cris
