So I'm not the most eloquent of people and I don't really have the time or patience to sit down and write out a huge email to my state reps. I was thinking that it would be nice if there was some sort of cookie-cutter form letter that could be put together with bold cut and paste sections to add personal information (and maybe a section for a short personal story). If this existed I can tell you it would be making the rounds from my mailbox to every senator, congressman, and state representive for my state.

I hear you guys and somewhat agree, but I really think rather than waiting you should just honestly tell them how you feel. (without being emotional- my problem usually & what generally really makes them want to ignore you, err.. me :p )

Just getting an email that has your position in the subject line is enough to register your 'tick-mark', and there's absolutely no reason not to send more whenever you find either a form letter or the time to really write your heart out to 'em.

This link is courtesy of the NRA, but it's one of the best I've found so far for finding out where/how to send a message to all of your reps- Fed, State, and Local:
    Legislative Action Center
Don't worry about inadvertently sending something pro-gun from the site (if that bothers you), it's really just going to give you contact info.
