Hey everybody just want to know how to empty a cart when there still e liquid still in it, i want to change the favor and don't want mix whatever is in it. I've been researching and mostly they talk about how to refill in a blank cartridge but in my case i don't have any and its still in order. Please help

If you have a syringe you can pull the liquid out of the cart and put it back in the bottle.
if u dont want the juice thats in it you can pull the filler out rinse with tap water then blot dry with a paper towel and refill!-)
if rinsing doesn't get it all out try soaking in water or even alcohol overnight. Just make sure that you let it dry completely before adding the new juice.
I got the kit and kaboodle from Jack at Happy Vapor today. It is my first time vaping! I got the tobacco flavor carts that had no nicotine in it. I ordered my ejuice from vapables.com that has the nic in it, so what i did, was took my syringe with the blunt tip needle, and syphoned the juice out, and then added my tobacco flavored nic juice from vapables. I think though, you would have to wash your cart out completely if you were wanting to change the whole flavor of it. I didn't wash mine out though cuz it was tobacco flavor to tobacco flavor. I added the zero nic juice into my nic juice just so I didn't waste it by taking the syringe and plunging it into the nic juice. Then I shook the bottle to mix it in. I hate wasting! I do believe though, in the forums there are threads specifically on how to wash out flavors if you are adding a new one. Hope this helps!
Are you actually asking about carts (the stuffing and plastic part of a 3-piece cigarette) or cartos (cartomizers, the screw-on cart of a 2-piece e-cigarette).
Cartos are closed up so the answer would be somewhat different. And some "brand" name sellers on the web sell cartos with hard or glued-on ends and it would be harder to get the juice out of them.

Get a syringe and take the plunger out and put the cart filler in the now empty tube and then put the plunger back and push the plunger down. Make sure the syringe needle is in a bottle so as the liquid is squeezed out, it goes into the bottle.
i didn't know that some are glued. Im asking about just a typical cartridge that comes with the kit when you buy
