How to extract nicotine from cigar?

Hi as the subject said.. I am planning to extract nicotine from cigar because Here in this country I cannot find a store that sales nicotine. And shipping Nicotine to this country is also not possible. So I want to extract nicotine from cigar..
I'm in Doha Qatar right now and I will be here for the next 2yrs how sad.. Please help me how to extract nicotine..

I can't be sure because I don't live there and laws/enforcement can always change but I think you are mistaken about not being able to get it in Qatar.

Is it possible? Yes, there are probably hundreds of thousands trailer park chemistry labs in the US. But it is dangerous, many of those labs explode and if they weren't already poisoning people with the nature of their product they would probably be accidentally poisoning people.

I would Be Extremely Careful using the Techniques that I have seen to do a Nicotine Extraction unless you have some background in Chemistry.

If I couldn't buy Nicotine Base on the Black Market, I would try doing a Alcohol Tincture before I tried the methods listed above.

And for the record, pipe smoking and cigar smoking is not that bad for you as long as you don't inhale. You still get your nicotine fix, actually you get more than with a cigarette with some cigars or pipe tobacco.
Cigars are slightly worse because you are putting tobacco on your lips. Pipes are "bad" for oral cancers because of the heat. Both of these issues can easily be watched for by a dentist.

The second hand smoke issue is not really an issue according to the studies the ANTZ did. Them claiming it is an issue was them lying because they wanted results they didn't get.

Compared to smoking cigs vs cigars/pipes vs trying to be a chemistry lab I'd say you'd be better off smoking a pipe or cigars (without inhaling) until you are away from there.
