Is there any visible difference with these attys? I wouldn't want to mix them up with my stock Joye's. If they're exactly the same visually, I'll just get the stainless LR's. I'd hate to put one on my 5v passthrough by accident. I plan on gettin a couple this week to check out. Not too fond of those drip tips tho. I'll stick with my T-Tips. ;)

The only way to know is to check their resistance as there is no visual clue. One of mine had a white paint drop inside on the side near the tip, that's how I tell it appart and I keep it separate from the others. In my tackle box, they are stored labelled in their original box.

I use all the colours, red, copper, white, black, silver, green and blue. Different colour for me wouldn't do. each colour represents a juice flavour. Unless I go pink and I don't think pink would work for such a performer, besides they only come in two colours, for now.

I got the stainless and it really shiny compared to any other stainless or chrome that I have ever gotten.

I can easily tell the difference, so there is no problem there.

no shipping is $7 flat with nhaler unfortunately. This is one reason that the only time I order from them is if I am ordering something that you can only get on their site.

If you order a drip tip and a low ohm atty AND you put in their coupon code, it will come to 25 dollars.

from totally wicked when you buy the battery, cone, and charger, AND enter there coupon code it will come to around 40 dollars.

25+40 = 65

Sorry if I was confusing in the video but I was just going off the website.
Git,
What is the code for Totally Wicked?

Switched,

If you're looking for long lasting 3.7v, rather than use 2 14500's have you considered using 1 18650? You'd get 2400-3000mAh (instead of 1800 with the 14500's) and it'd only require one battery. Which means it's easier to carry/charge 1 extra instead of 2.

Obviously the box would be slightly longer and thicker but not as wide. Just a thought.

I hear you good buddy and you are absolutely right. These mods were done relatively cheap, keep various batteries to a minimum, and the 14500 is the size of a AA batt. The boxes are for 2 and 3 AA batts respectively.

This is to tide me over until the Chameleon is back in stock. I love vaping and I am fine 90% of the time, but there is a 10% that only has one cure 3,7V high vapour or an HV device.

A couple of weeks ago I had a terrible psychological trigger that I wanted to taste an analog. I fought it, it wouldn't go away, no matter how much I vaped. Being a DIY, I mix up 1ml of fix me up juice. The worst tasting tobacco juice I could concoct at 25mg. Two hits and the trigger went away, and hasn't returned. It knows better, I still have the backy liquid handy though.

Well I decided I didn't want to wait any longer. Instead of making a batt box in parallel for marathons, I decided to shoot the moose and connected 2 x 14500 (protected) in series via a voltage regulator for a 5V output. The box is drying and it should be nice to try later tonight or tomorrow :D

nice, I wish I had the time, skill and patience to make some boxmods myself. I have a 2x14500 boxmod with 5v regulator from cybervex and its my favorite pv, but I want something slimmer and less unusual-looking for public vaping and a tornado with one of these low-res attys should be amazing

That is why I have my eGo as well. But now I can use the LR on my box mods.

Cybervex never got back to me re: making one for 6V.

got my tornado battery, cone, charger, and low resistance attys in today. This is definitely the best bang for the buck at the moment imo... these LR attys on the tornado vape just like my 5v boxmod

I've been moderately vaping it for 12 hours now, and I havent even charged the damn thing yet, just using the charge it came with in the mail.

as other reviewers have said the only downfalls I can find are the button... it definitely goes off in blue jeans pocket, and I wear relaxed fit not the ridiculous skinny jeans the kids are wearing these days and it went off in my pocket a few times

I wish there was a small recessed master on/off switch somewhere. taking the atty off would prevent it from activating in my pocket, but would just fill my pockets with leaked juice. looks like I need more shirts with pockets

I find the little rubber caps from cartomizers to be the perfect solution to that. When I take my atty off the battery, I put a cap on each end. Keeps it from leaking all over the place.

Yup! them condoms have a multitude of uses
Ant word on how long the lR atty last?
2 days plus.

Seriously it depends on the user and the juice they are vaping. My opinion on what I have read to date, and many might argue this, juices with high concentrations of VG lead to premature atty failure. I have yet replaced an atty because of malpractice since I started vaping. However, I have fried one because of a battery that stuk in the on position.

I dont drip but im really interested in the drip tip if it doesnt get juice in your mouth? Can you use the drip tip with the ptb mod?

Uh...the point of a drip tip is to drip...which means you aren't using cartridge mods, you are dripping directly onto the atomizer.

As for getting juice in your mouth? Depending on the consistency of the juice you use, sometimes a bubble of juice will form at the top that can give you a nasty surprise so I make sure to blow lightly on the end after adding 2 drops any time the flavor starts to get a little "dry" and/or wiping it off with a napkin.

Not normally one to post, although I read these forums nearly every day, but I just received my order in from Nhaler.

A quick bit of history: I started Vaping a few years ago when penstyles were all the rage, I managed to acquire a few different models and it did help subdue my analog habit, but fear of unreliability ultimately failed in stopping it completely. A few months ago I got my Totally Wicked Tornado, and my need for traditional smoking methods was over. To this day, E-smoking has been a more than acceptable substitute for me. Then I got my package.

After all the hub bub these LR attys have been receiving, I just had to get one to check out for myself.

Opened the package, tossed the atty on a fresh Tornado battery, affixed my new drip tip, tossed some 36mg V4L Kamel Menthol drops down the tube and pressed the magic button......

....had I been wearing socks, they would have shot off my feet and gone through the wall. It felt more like actual smoking than I remember actual smoking feeking like. In utter disbelief I vaped it again. I actually felt my face get flushed with what can only be described as some sort of "minty nirvana." I actually had to dizzily stumble into the kitchen for a glass of water, it was like smoking my first cigarette all over again.

Rest assured I'll be picking more of these up in the future, and you certainly won't be disappointed from a performance standpoint if you're on the fence about picking one up.
