I use cartomizers with my egos. Regretfully the trusted vendor (cheapest price for decent cartos - good at fixing problems - fast shipping etc) I buy from only sales cartos that are filter colored:cry:. I like to vape more then one flavor during the workday and I have tried various ways to to tell them apart - none worked.(For example I bought a set of 12 different colors of Sharpie permanent color markers to color code them - only to find that 'permanent' meant less then 60 seconds when exposed to e-liquid :grr:) - I can't be the only one with this problem. Has anyone found a solution?

If you want to spend the time, get Avery labels that come in multi-color packs. Whatever size you want, you can either wrap them or make complete covers for the carto. They take "permanent" marker better than the vinyl wrap that comes stock so you can write on them or just use the colors to tell the difference. That's just one of a dozen ways.

I use a P-Touch label maker works great but I already had one for making labels for other stuff, about $20 at Office Depot.. I know thats a little steep to just to label cartos.:(

Awh but the cool thing about a P-Touch labeler is it works for so many other things. Like making labels for you DIY mixes and what not.

Here is a label I made for one of my DIY recipies. I stick it right on the bottle so I never lose the recipe. That is, Unless I loos the bottle.
