How to order?

I don't know, maybe a blonde moment, but I can't see a way to order from this site. I have stuff in my shopping cart but I can't find a way to checkout. LOL. I called the phone number listed but it said they weren't available. I know I will feel really stupid when I get the answer but how do you place an order on this website?

left menu, under information. 'view cart' then 'checkout'

When you are viewing your shopping cart, there is a button towards the bottom of the page that says "Checkout", click on it and from there there is a screen for you to login if you already have a username/password or New customer, click continue and enter your information and proceed from there.

Thanks, I couldn't find a "checkout" anywhere on the page. ROTFL I feel so blonde.
