there was one questions asked by a lot of customers: So Dekang is the most guaranteed source of safe and good quality e-liquid, how to recognize that the retailers are buying from us?

Since the question was asked our management team has been working with our wholesale customers to make this easy: Now most of our customers use our e-liquid bottles! Our e-liquid bottle has a child-proof cap. There is YNDK carved on the cap if you look for it carefully. (YNDK stands for YunNan DeKang). We have four cap colours: Orange, Blue, Green, White. So you don't make RY4 or KENT flavor. These are my two favorites and the RY4 is a huge favorite of many forum members. Many of us get these from Ruyan Direct/Heavens Gifts.

Do you have any plans to offer these flavors??

I've yet to get an answer on Dekang's return policies? Do you have one? I've not found anything on their site or in any of the threads. I've asked 3 times and in 2 other threads for over a month and still no answer.

I purchase in large quantities and would hate to get stuck with a bunch that was either not to my taste, not as described, or not what I ordered.

A simple answer is all I need.

I have 2 bottles of Dekang manufactured liquid (labeled ecis) that have white non child proof caps and they don't have YNDK embossed on them. The expiry date is 22/05/2011.

I'm just telling people this in case they get some of this somewhere and think they are getting "fake" juice.

In one of their threads, they provided a link to a list of their flavors. The RY4 and Kent were not listed. That was why I asked the question.

RY4 is not a liquid made or used by Ruyan wv2win. Neither are the other RY with numbers btw.
As far as I remember, the RY-1 to RY-4 stem from the period when Janty was also representing Ruyan; and was using that name in lots of places. Janty asked for certain liquids; and gave those Ruyan names (though they weren't the original Ruyan-liquid). When Janty went seperate from Ruyan, they renamed these liquids to RY instead of Ruyan, I am supposing to avoid name-rights-issues but still keeping those names recognisable for the buyers. (Just like Red Bull gets names like Red Cow, or Red Bully, or RB... still recognisable but not using a protected name....)

The original, real Ruyan-liquid is something else; and yes, that does have synthetic nicotine added, other then (probably) all other e-liquids being made.

Wow, did all the Dekang suppliers stop selling the lower nic level menthol juices? I can't find any menthol at any of the US suppliers (the ones I'm aware of) with anything lower than 16mg.

Our 50ml bottles currently still do not have child proof packaging. In addition, there may be old stocksaround that still have the old cap on. The childproof bottles will gradually replace all of the old packaging.

I'm sure you're correct...

But honestly, I spent two hours last night visiting every supplier's website here. And, unless they're hiding the fact that they are using dekang liquid, I couldn't find one single supplier selling the lower nicotine menthol.

I'll keep watching, though. Thank you for replying.
