Pretty much, batteries age whether they are being used or not. So, if your charger doesn't seem to want to revive them, that means that they probably shouldn't be revived. They are likely at the very end of their useful lifecycle, which means that trying other methods to get them going is probably not the best plan.

Good luck! This is one reason that batteries don't come from the factory fully charged, they store and age better on a partial charge. Please do buy a few new batteries and use those.

So I have 4 18650 batteries 3 of which I did not use or recharge for to long. They drained and now do not indicate as charging on my 4 way charging. How did you guys revive your 18650 batteries that died from not being charged after to long?

When I store my batteries, I try to make sure that they stay @50% charge when not in use. That said, I only buy what I need and use them right away. Like others have said, don't bother trying to revive them. Recycle and get new ones from a reputable vendor--RTD Vapor, Orbtronics, Illumination Supply are recommended.

You can't, and shouldn't. Once you fully discharge a liion 18650 battery they are dead, toast, done for - dangerous to recover..

For why.

Some xtar will charge dead batteries and the new hohmbase charger by hohm tech has a battery doctor that claims the same. But as many have suggested you should probably play it safe and get new ones unless you have a personal connection to them like they were given to you by your grandfather on his deathbed in which case you do everything you possibly can to safe them. Otherwise just get an LG, Samsung, or Sony battery from a reputable vendor such a illumn, battery junction, or my personal favorite orbtronic. Good luck
