My attempt at rebuilding the Nano Coil.....

6 Wraps, 28 gauge Kanthal on 2mm Jig. Wicked with Kumo Japenessse OC. Tested out at 1.3 ohm.....works great and doesn't leak.

Have 26 gauge, double twisted coming in the mail this week, can't wait to try that....

Thank you iTiger. I just rebuilt two of my OCC coils and can't be happier. I was worried at first that it would be really difficult. Wow, was I ever wrong. Both turned out great and neither of them leaked a bit. Nice smooth draw and great flavor. I used two pairs of Craftsman Robo Grips and pulled the top off. It gave me plenty of room to work.

I cannot for the life of me get the top off,,,,
