how to track your orders?

we send orders worldwide via two shipping methods.

1) china registered airmail. it is slow and cheap.

normally in a few days after you get your tracking number, you can track the number in English here

normally it takes 15-50 business days to get your countries after your order is sent out.

Japan,Korea,New Zealand 80% 10~15 business days

USA,Canada,UK 80% 15~25 business days

Russia, Ukraine,Poland 80% 20~60 business days.

2) EMS. it is faster and more expensive.

normally in a few days after you get your tracking number, you can track the number in English here

I had an order arrive from China via EMS to midwest USA in 5 days from send date, last week. That order was trackable within a few hours on USPS.com and right away on EMS website. So it is possible that for USA shipments, everybody is on the ball at the moment. Still, it's ok to be conservative with your estimates. Looking forward to my first order from HC!

Well, you are correct Amy. Your shipments do not show up immediately. I don't know if it's your particular location in China, or the fact that my other package was shipped with paypal shipping, but it is taking a little bit to show up.

it is an interesting question. i have to think through, because we did not record the delivery time for all orders. in my opinion, orders to South Africa or Middle East or Brazil via China airmail often need a month or longer to get their local customs. it is also up to the weather and timing.

i think, your order has left china on Oct 21, however has not been processed by customs in the USA. when it is processed by customs in the USA, there will be a new update. from our experience, shipping and processing are slowing down with the approach of holiday season. holiday season has started in China and will last a few months.

i appreciate your patience.

Ok...I guess I was hoping I'd be one of those lucky souls that got their order really fast. It's still showing the same thing today...no update since the 21st. Next time I will give myself much more time and just do the standard shipping. You guys have done nothing wrong...just wish there was a way to magically make my mailbox full...I'm starting to understand one of the vapers' sayings..."happiness is a full mailbox" because I really want my eGo! My Amerismoke is a POS!

i am very sorry for the slow process of china airmail during holiday season.

all china airmail packages always have the lowest priority almost everywhere, from china post office, china customs office to china airport, including update online.

it is bad but the truth. so we do not recommend airmail who want orders urgently.

as for EMS, normally it is much faster than airmail. but it is also up to some other factors, such as weather, season and holiday.

hope the information is helpful for you to choose shipping method when you place a new order.

I find the tracking usually updates when it arrives in your country and when it does it's usually only a day or 2 away from your doorstep.
I buy quite a few items from China with my work throughout the year and at this time of year in the hol season it really slows up, nothing to worry about, it's just the way it is.
