just got my kick clone (from ft) in the mail and i did read up on it as well as some youtube videos (also pbusardos)
can someone give me a quick overveiw of how to use.
also is there a general setting (watt) to start at that is the general norm?
i saw pbusardo talking about using it on dual coils not being the same...can someone explain that. i have a kraken clone that i want to try useing dual coils for. what would be a general setting i should start at
just incase you were wondering i have a ohm meter
thanks

when you build dual coils both coils need to be the same ohms and in the case of using a kick each coil will need to be 2.6 ohms or higher to work (2 coils of 2.6 ohms each in parallel will equal 1.3 ohms total actual resistance - regulated devices will not allow coils of less than 1.3 (or thereabouts) to fire due to increased amp draw on battery)

it has the little switch with the notches - each notch will equal about 1 watt or less

here are actual instructions - Madvapes Blog - The Kick By Smok Tech Operating Instructions

hope this helps

so would i be better off not using the kick? so without the kick i would regulate it by being really careful with my resistance.? i do want to experiment w sub ohm just to see. i guess my main thang for getting the kick was safety so i do not keep using while it shouldnt be (3.1v is my understanding). i do have a multi meter as well.
