how to wire ohm reader board

Hi guys and gals ... new to this so hope im doing it right .. i bought a ohm reader a cheap one and it took a dump ... i took it apart and removed the board out of it now i took off the old wire and soldered on new and bigger gauge wire but the thing now is. i want to or if it can be do is upgrade it and also how to wire it... this is the board any info. Will be greatly appreciated

Also i dont know what the blue wire is for or where it would go and if im missing a wire some where thanks again
