Hihi, esmoking noob here! Making a post to introduce myself. Been vaping for a week now, only had one analog since. I feel great! I started with Blucig and let me tell you, that thing sucked. Bad experience with the carts and the batteries not staying on. It got better after a couple days but when my Janty Stick came in the mail WOW, I never looked back. Gotta get this Blucig RMA in so I can get my moola back.

So far I've been using PG liquids. I got Janty Apple Medium and its awesome! I also grabbed Watermelon and 555 16mg from MidwestVapor.com. I love the watermelon, but that 555 is whoa... too much nutty flavor.

Anyways, just wanted to say hi... and thanks for being a very informative community!

Welcome Evertroy,

I am from the Chicago land also. Glad to see another Chicagoan. Congratulations on you quitting smoking. You have done better than me. This is my 15th day vaping and 4th day completely off of cigarettes. I have been getting minor to moderate cravings for a cigarette, but nothing major. I never went over 24-26 hours without a cigarette for 25 years. So this is very spectacular. Keep it up!

Welcome to the forum. Before I found the forum I had already purchased a Nipro which did not work well at all. There were so many rave reviews about the 510 it switched and it worked pretty good. Then I purchased a Little Chuck which produces much more vapor and throat hit than anything else I have tried.

Good luck.

First off you're doing great too, don't trivialize your accomplishments.. if you're getting cravings you might try upping the strength of your juice for a bit particularly in the morning and after dinner (whenever you really found yourself needing that analog the worst..don't know what strength you're vaping now..me I've got 24mg strength which knocks out the cravings 98% of the time ..just ordered a small bottle of 36mg to drip first thing in the morning, which is when my craving is the worst of the day..

Well-done! Hang in there, those cravings will pass pretty quickly. I had similar feelings the first few days, but I don't think they have anything to do with nicotine, must be whatever other junk is in analogs.

Thanks everybody for the words of encouragement! Hey Drozd, unfortunately I am already chain vaping 36 mg all day (I chain-smoked cigarettes). Pianoguy, you are absolutely correct. I definitely can feel something in my brain not being satisfied by nicotine (vaping). I believe it is one of the other chemicals in cigarette smoke. I am definitely never smoking a cigarette again. I already feel 100% better. I hope you are correct in that the cravings only last a few day or a few weeks (maximum). Currently, I am stocking up on the liquid and empty cartomizers (just in case).
