I had the same experience lately with a supplier I have used several times before. It has not been as long as two weeks but the parts should have been here 5 days ago. I know how frustrating it can be. I hope your package arrives soon.

I know what you mean i'm new to e-cigs as well as my brother-n-law and his freind.
The three of us ordered janty v2's and we had a problem with all three orders we e-mailed several times and never got a single reply.

My brother-n-law and his friend ordered from one seller and i ordered from another i think there's only 2 in the u.s.
Anyway my brother-n-laws came with a dead atty he was going to order acouple of extras but they were out, his friends came with no carts and mine came with no carts. So we gave up on getting any help from these sellers that we brought our kits from and ordered the parts we needed from other sellers.

My brother-n-law gave acouple of carts to his friend to use but i live 70 miles away so i'm not driving 140 miles round trip for a cart so i have been dripping until my carts arrive from tw but the atty barely sticks out of the janty so it makes it a little tough.

Any way i was planning on buying a janty for my wife but with their horrible customer service after the sell i ordered her two joye510 kits from somewhere else instead.

yup much as i hate to say it, my best experience have been ordering straight from China. Most of my orders in the USA even with low cost Priority shipping seem to still be 5 days to 7. It seems they take a couple of days to process and such. More bad parts as well. I had enough of paying 5 bucks to send a DOA atty back and then wait for 2 weeks before I get another. After twice I just said heck with it. China's EMS shipping gets to me in 5 or 6 days like clockwork. And that is with around 24-48 hours in customs. Shipping is a little higher by weight but kits and juice are cheaper so it all works out. One particular supplier gave me a "discount rate" on 20 kits. (I order for other people and thought I could make some bucks at the time) Now I think I had bad batteries unloaded on me. like almost half of the 40. His response was he gets a few bad but he didn't want to lose money. At one point of email communication, he said something about replacing 8 of them, however that has yet to happen. Needless to say he stopped getting my orders, which were pretty good sized and becoming more and more frequent.

I should throw in that I have only dealt with a handful of the suppliers on here. Obviusly I can not speak for all of them. I am working on becoming a supplier myself, and my time on here and my months vaping many juices and kits hopefully will do my site justice when it is ready. Any day now!!!

Thought I would add that I also have a mail carrier that likes to forget packages in the back of his truck quite often. I know this by tracking and my mother works next to him at the post office and lets me know.

I ordered from Eastmall once and had a really weird thing happen but Ed made it really good. I ordered saw tracking from EMS to leaving china in 2 days then for 8 days USPS never got info. I emailed ED and he did some research, found out it was never on the flight it should have been and he had 3 other packages same flight come up missing. Said he would refund me my money if new shipment got to me and I was happy i could pay him then and if my other package showed up I could have it for free. I said just keep my money and resend. Next day it left China 2 days later it was in customs for like 4 hours and 3 days later it was in my hand. When I was tracking my new shipment i kept looking at looking at the first shipment, 2 hours after my new one hit customs my "lost" shipment hit customs. the day after reshipped got here I received my original shipment arrived. It was frustrating but I made out in the end.

I am really sorry and i know how frustrating it is to wait on something we need to literally not die a horrible, painful death...oh yea it's our own fault for our nicotine addiction and we can just quite anytime!

I really hope everything works out for you!

I have to mention that after making this post my battery replacements are on the way. Supplier made good on them. Sure am glad I didn't mention names.....

awe Robert, I enjoy reading your posts, you are always Helpful and Fun, I am a boring old mother of two teens and knew you were only joking, was actually the only post today that made me laugh. I understand why there has to be rules, I also understand Nicotine IS a drug, withdrawls stink, and I hope you never lose your sense of humor.
