Texas is a mythical land, all right, but people do live here.

All in good humor my friend.... Texas is a very patriotic state that tends to isolate itself from many other states which is why I am thinking about heading there if our current state of socialism keeps increasing.

Neither was I offended. Texas is rather proud of that sort of thing. We are, sadly, not entirely free of the regulatory disease, but it is better here than in many other places. And we have plenty of room for folks who prefer to make their own decisions and stand on their own feet. No need to wait, just load up the truck and come on down.

I spend as little time out in the humidity as I can possibly achieve; when I'm out there, all I'm doing is trying to get indoors as quickly as possible, so not usually vaping, except for the walks thru the parking lot to the stores.

Indoors is where the AC is, so that's where I am, 99.999% of the time. Certainly not hanging around outdoors.

Hey, thrust me brother, I have thought about it on more than one occasion... It's getting really looney tunes here in PA for sure.

Oh you poor people and your horrible weather.

    Wanna trade?

People complain about the weather in Hawaii too.
Don't matter where you live. People complain!
I think you acclimate to where you live.
The highs and the lows get you either way.

I down here in middle GA and have noticed the same, just doesn't seem like the vape is as pleasurable when it's hot-n-humid. Tho, for me at least, I'm not happy with anything when it's so dang hot. :)
Nothing is pleasurable in a middle Ga summer!! So freaking hot and humid, I don't even want to leave my house!! Its like walking into a sauna when you walk out the door! LOL!!

Sorry, that was supposed to be a sarcastic comment. (I need a symbol for that.) Since anytime anybody around here ever says anything about the heat in the midwest or south, it's followed by "yeah, but it's DRY heeeeeaaaat" I lumped texas in with that. Depends on where you live though, I suppose.

Here, it's humid because it hasn't stopped RAINING in weeks. :(

Not offended at all. We Texans have a thicker skin than that (We have to, or the sunburn would kill us)

It definitely depends on where you live. Few people outside of Texas can really grasp the scale of the state. You can start at either the southern or eastern border, travel more than 800 miles in a straight line and still be in Texas. We don't measure distance in miles here, we measure it in hours.

The state has swamps and cypress forests in the southeast, endless miles of flat grassy plains in the north, and desert and mountains in the west. The climate ranges from tropical in the south to downright cold in the north. We can have 80 degrees in Corpus Christi and a foot of snow in Lubbock at the same time. We can have 3 months of 100+ weather without a drop of rain, yet we also hold the world record for the most rain on flat terrain (43 inches in 24 hours).

Oh trust me brother, I understand completely as I am originally from Montana and it is also a very large state compared to most States..... It's one of the top 4 largest states in land area..... It takes hundreds of miles and about an entire day to drive through just the single state of Montana.

Any yes, I have a lot of relatives in Texas and I know it is vary diverse in it's landscape. :)

I've seen W. Texas... it made me wonder if "Texas" actually means "big flat nothing". :D
