So I haven't been getting nicotine for the past 3 days. I dont think that I was ever addicted. But for the past days I haven't been hungry. Yesterday I ate half of a pancake and two hot dogs.
that's strange. nicotine is supposed to suppress the appetite, so if you come off it you should eventually begin to eat more and probably gain weight but it also stimulates digestion and some people get heartburn and constipated when coming off of it. that might be why you are not hungry. try eating and see if you get indigestion.
I think its something else. I started vaping again and no change. Still not eating a lot. But the nicotine helps my stomach from growling so much. I did try eating on Friday and almost threw up halfway through the meal.
it sounds like indigestion to me since nicotine helps with digestion. your stomach is not used to stimulating it's own juices, even though you don't feel addicted. your body should readjust in a while. if you just quit smoking it might be withdrawal from some other alkaloid than nicotine that you are feeling. if it doesn't get better in a few weeks I'd check with a doctor.
I don't know Tez cause I have the same issue. I don't eat a lot at all. Nicotine has a weird affect on your digestion process. Not good or bad, but unusual i guess?
