hey everybody, just wondering how good this company HurricaneVapor is? i placed an order with them on 9/10 and it was supposed to be here in 2-3 days..well past that now.. and the "Tracking" they gave me goes to Stamps.com instead of usps.. it tells me that it departed hollywood florida on 9/11 and thats it.. hasnt updated at all in 5 days.. so im just wondering how reliable this company is and if i just got ripped off...

They are very reputable and provide great customer service. Send them an email. Something is obviously wrong. Once after I placed an order from them they emailed ME to let me know that my order wasn't tracking after the second day (I had no idea) and they were shipping another order out by priority mail. The original order never showed up so I certainly appreciated that they were looking out for me. Most of these problems are due to USPS so let them know. Great folks and they make excellent juice. You'll like it.

i emailed them 3 times in the past week with no answer.. that doesnt seem like excellent customer servive to me.. just saying

Hmmm... That's not good. When they first came on the scene in mid 2013 I was making regular orders and the service and products were top notch. I'll admit that I moved on to other vendors and haven't placed an order since late 2014 so maybe things have changed. I hope not. They were stellar when I was buying from them regularly. I am on their mailing list and they just sent out a big clearance sale notification the other day. Any older juice batches and hardware are being blown out cheap. Maybe that slowed things down. Still, if the package shipped and you got confirmation, it's in the hands of the USPS now, not the vendor.

so after finally getting a hold of hurricane vapor through their online chat, they assured me that my order would be here the day after i talked with them..guess what.. been 2 DAYS NOW, and still nothing..since then i've tried multiple times to contact them through live chat, and its never "Available". Emailed them every day since my order was late and still have not gotten one reply..so in my opinion, i would never order from them..horrible customer service... absolutely horrible...so now i have an order out in god knows where...and i know once it gets into USPS hands, it really is out of the companies hands...but Hurricane vapor has done nothing to rectify the sitiuation.. i cant even get a hold of them...

Well I had a juice order ship from Tennessee Monday morning. 3 day priority shipping. It bounced through three post offices for three days before it ever left Tennessee. Then it finally got to Oregon then got diverted through two more towns. I'll be lucky to see it by Monday, a full week after it shipped. USPS sucks big time but I didn't whine to the vendor about it. He did his job. They can't do anything after they ship it. This is happening to a lot of people lately. Be patient. It will show up.
